Tickets
Tickets for the films are available online or directly at the box office (subject to availability).
For each film, online advance ticket sales close at 4.59 pm on the day of the screening. The box office opens at 5.00 pm. Tickets for the screening are then only available at the box office, subject to availability.
No, travel by public transport is not included in the ticket price.
Please plan your journey by public transport directly to the alltours cinema.
The box office opens daily at 5.00 pm. Tickets for the same day’s screening are therefore only available at the box office from 5.00 pm onwards and are no longer available via the online shop. It is also possible to purchase advance tickets for other films at the box office.
Wheelchair users can purchase wheelchair tickets for €18.00 (plus a €1.00 advance booking fee) in advance and for €20.00 at the box office. People with disabilities (and those with a ‘B’ on their disability card indicating a companion) should please contact ticketing(at)d-live.de, presenting their disability card. The ticket for the companion is included.
Pupils, students and children up to the age of 11 are eligible for a discount. Further details can be found on the Ticket Information page.
Your visit
The events will take place whatever the weather, except in the event of a storm, hail or risk of lightning. Please bring appropriate clothing depending on the weather conditions. Please note that umbrellas are not permitted inside the cinema for privacy reasons. These must be left at the entrance until the end of the film. You can find the latest information on screening dates on our social media channels, Instagram and Facebook.
On site, we offer a wide selection of food and drink stalls. You can take your seat at our Kino Beach even before the film starts and enjoy the view of the Rhine over Düsseldorf’s Old Town.
To minimise waste and avoid hazards, and out of consideration for our catering partners, you are not permitted to bring your own food and drink. Checks will be carried out on entry, in line with standard practice at similar events such as concerts and sporting events.
The following children may only enter the cinema if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian:
- Children under the age of 6
- Children aged 6 and over, if the screening ends after 8 pm
- Young people under the age of 16, if the screening ends after 10.00 pm
- Young people aged 16 and over, if the screening ends after midnight

House Rules
Below is a list of all items that are not permitted on the cinema premises:
- All types of drugs
- Any weapons: Unauthorised weapons and anyone carrying them will be reported to the police immediately! / Items not covered by the Weapons Act but which nevertheless pose a danger (e.g. kitchen knives, pocket knives)
- Drones
- Laser pointers
- Professional photography and film equipment
- Animals
- Umbrellas (these must be left at the entrance until the end of filming)
- Bags larger than A4 size
Bringing your own food and drink is not permitted.
