Tickets

Tickets for the films are available online at TicketPay or directly at the box office.
Online advance booking ends at 4.59 pm on the respective film day – the box office opens at 5 pm and film tickets are then only available at the box office.
Tickets for other films may also be purchased in advance at the box office.

Customers who bought their tickets via the alltours cinema ticket shop will receive an email with information about cancellation and return options.

No, travel by public transport is not included in the ticket price.

No, the tickets are not personalised. 

You can re-download your ticket at any time in your “MyTicket portal”. You will find the link in your order confirmation. You do not need the ticket in printed form – as long as you have it as a digital version on your mobile phone, this will be sufficient for admission.

No, tickets may not be returned.

The box office opens daily at 5 pm. Tickets for films on the same day are therefore only available at the box office from 5 pm onwards and no longer in the online shop. Tickets for other films may still be purchased in advance at the box office.

Tickets for children up to and including 11 years of age are EUR 7.40 plus EUR 0.60 box office fee for performances FSK 0 and FSK 6 when bought in advance. Tickets at the box office are EUR 9.

Wheelchair users or persons with a handicap (and B for accompanying person in their ID) should only book the wheelchair ticket in the online shop. A free ticket for the accompanying person is automatically included. Proof must be shown at the entrance upon request.

Students and children up to the age of 12 are offered price-reduced tickets. More details are available on the Ticket Information page.

No, you may only buy parking tickets on site. Movie-goers get parking tickets at a flat rate of EUR 5.00 from 5 pm onwards.

The parking fee for cinema-goers is a flat rate. Tip: Buy your exit ticket at the service point before the event. Cinema tariff: EUR 5.00 flat rate from 5 pm onwards

Your visit

The events will be held in all weathers except in case of storm, hail or risk of lightning. Please bring appropriate clothing depending on the weather. For the latest information on performance days, please visit our Instagram and Facebook social media channels.

On site, we offer a wide selection of food and beverage stands. Even before the film starts, you can take a seat in our Kino Beach and enjoy the view along the Rhine over Düsseldorf’s old town.

Bringing food and beverages is prohibited to avoid waste and hazards and out of consideration for the catering partners. Checks will be carried out at the entrance to the usual extent for similar events such as concerts and sporting events.

The following are admitted to the cinema only in the company of a legal guardian or a chaperone:

  • children under the age of 6
  • children 6 years and older if the screening ends after 8 pm
  • young people under the age of 16 if the screening ends after 10 pm
  • young people 16 years and older if the screening ends after midnight

Admission is also possible after the film has started.

Seat information is indicated on the upper ticket section. If you have booked a seat in Block A, you must choose your own seat on site (free choice of seat). Block B is for reserved seats. The blocks and rows are indicated on site. If you have any questions or problems, please contact our on-site guest service.

alltours cinema has a total of about 2,000 seats.

Animals are not permitted at alltours cinema.

Accessibility

Your visit to alltours cinema is entirely barrier-free except for the sand area. Seats for wheelchair users are located in front of the first row of the grandstand.

Yes, there are accessible toilets.

The Verkehrswacht car park directly next to the cinema is entirely barrier-free. Access via Joseph-Beuys-Ufer 33.

House Rules

In general, bags and backpacks are allowed. For security reasons, it is not recommended to bring bags and backpacks larger than DIN A4 size. There is no cloakroom on site.

No, smoking is not permitted at alltours cinema.

Below you will find a list of all items that are not permitted on the cinema premises:

  • any kinds of drugs
  • any weapons: unauthorised weapons and those carrying them will be reported to police immediately! / objects that do not fall under the Weapons Act, but which nevertheless pose a danger (e.g., kitchen knives, pocket knives)
  • professional photo and film equipment
  • animals

Bringing your own food and beverages is not permitted.

Catering

Our catering area is at your disposal before and during your visit with an extensive range of food and beverages.

You may obtain this information directly from the concession stand on request.

You are allowed to bring drinks and small snacks. Please refrain from consuming hot food at your seat. There are plenty of tables and seats available in our catering area for this purpose.

Service

You may pay cashless at the box office. At the concession stands this may vary from stand to stand.

There is no ATM on the premises of alltours cinema.
