Tickets for the films are available online or directly at the box office (subject to availability).
  For each film, online advance ticket sales close at 4.59 pm on the day of the screening. The box office opens at 5.00 pm. Tickets for the screening are then only available at the box office, subject to availability.
 

Customers who purchased their tickets via the alltours cinema ticket shop will receive an email containing information about the cancellation and the options for a refund.

No, travel by public transport is not included in the ticket price.

Please plan your journey by public transport directly to the alltours cinema.

No, the tickets are not personalised and can therefore be transferred to other people.

You can download your ticket again at any time via your “MyTicket Portal”. You’ll find the link in your order confirmation. You don’t need a printed copy of the ticket – as long as you have the digital version on your mobile phone, that’s all you need to gain entry.

No, tickets cannot be returned.

The box office opens daily at 5.00 pm. Tickets for the same day’s screening are therefore only available at the box office from 5.00 pm onwards and are no longer available via the online shop. It is also possible to purchase advance tickets for other films at the box office. 

Children up to and including the age of 11 pay €10.40 plus a €1 advance booking fee for FSK 0 and FSK 6 performances when booking in advance. Tickets cost €12 at the box office.

Wheelchair users can purchase wheelchair tickets for €18.00 (plus a €1.00 advance booking fee) in advance and for €20.00 at the box office. People with disabilities (and those with a ‘B’ on their disability card indicating a companion) should please contact ticketing(at)d-live.de, presenting their disability card. The ticket for the companion is included.

Pupils, students and children up to the age of 11 are eligible for a discount. Further details can be found on the Ticket Information page.

No, you can only buy parking tickets on site. Cinema-goers can purchase a parking ticket from 6.00 pm at a flat rate of 5.00 EUR.

There is a flat-rate parking charge for cinema-goers. Tip: Get your exit ticket from the service point at the entrance before the screening starts. Cinema rate: a flat rate of 5.00 EUR from 6.00 pm.

The events will take place whatever the weather, except in the event of a storm, hail or risk of lightning. Please bring appropriate clothing depending on the weather conditions. Please note that umbrellas are not permitted inside the cinema for privacy reasons. These must be left at the entrance until the end of the film. On site, we offer a wide selection of food and drink stalls. You can take your seat at our Kino Beach even before the film starts and enjoy the view of the Rhine over Düsseldorf’s Old Town.

To minimise waste and avoid hazards, and out of consideration for our catering partners, you are not permitted to bring your own food and drink. Checks will be carried out on entry, in line with standard practice at similar events such as concerts and sporting events.

The following children may only enter the cinema if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian:

• Children under the age of 6
• Children aged 6 and over, if the screening ends after 8 pm
• Young people under the age of 16, if the screening ends after 10.00 pm
• Young people aged 16 and over, if the screening ends after midnight

Admission is still possible even after the film has started.

Seating information can be found on the top section of your ticket. The blocks and rows are marked out at the venue. If you have any questions or encounter any problems, please feel free to contact our on-site guest services team.

The alltours cinema has a total of around 2,000 seats.

Animals are not permitted in the alltours cinema.

Apart from the sandy area, the alltours cinema is fully accessible. The seats for wheelchair users are located in front of the first row of the stands.

Yes, there are accessible toilets. 

The Verkehrswacht car park, situated right next to the cinema, is fully accessible. Access is via the address Joseph-Beuys-Ufer 33.

In general, you are allowed to bring bags and rucksacks with you. For safety reasons, we do not recommend bringing bags or rucksacks larger than A4 size. There is no cloakroom on site.

Below is a list of all items that are not permitted on the cinema premises:

• All types of drugs
• Any weapons: Unauthorised weapons and anyone carrying them will be reported to the police immediately! / Items not covered by the Weapons Act but which nevertheless pose a danger (e.g. kitchen knives, pocket knives)
• Drones
• Laser pointers
• Professional photography and film equipment
• Animals
• Umbrellas (these must be left at the entrance until the end of filming)
• Bags larger than A4 size

Bringing your own food and drink is not permitted.

Our catering facilities are available to you before and during your visit, offering an extensive range of food and drink.

You can obtain this information directly from the catering stand on request. 

You are, of course, welcome to bring in drinks and small snacks purchased on site. Please refrain from eating hot food at your seat. There are plenty of tables and seats available for this purpose in our catering area. 

Bringing your own food and drink is prohibited in order to avoid waste and hazards, and out of consideration for our catering partners.

You can pay by card at the box office. At the food and drink stalls, this may vary from stall to stall.

There is no cash machine on the premises of the alltours cinema.
